The tenant undertakes to return all equipment, studios and furniture in the condition in which they were provided and to immediately inform the studio of any damage, failure or modification of the equipment provided. Rental furniture can be brought outside room by room. In case of bad weather in the forecast (rain, snow, etc.), furniture can not be taken outside.
